Blood Orange Salad - {Insalata Di Tarocchi} Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Blood oranges - peeled and sectioned | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Champagne vinegar |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
1/3 cup | 78ml | Gaeta olives - pitted, roughly chop |
Place the orange sections in a medium-sized, non-reactive bowl. Toss gently with the olive oil, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Add the olives, toss gently again to coat and serve immediately.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
